1. Information We Collect
When you use ArogyaQ, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email, phone number, password (hashed)
- Booking data: Token bookings, doctor visits, queue history
- Payment data: Transaction IDs processed by approved payment gateway partners (we do not store card numbers)
- Support data: Contact form messages, support requests, and refund/cancellation details
- Device data: FCM token for push notifications, browser type, OS
- Location: City/region for hospital discovery (optional GPS with explicit permission)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide queue booking and token management services
- To send turn notifications via SMS and push alerts
- To process payments and issue refunds
- To improve platform features and fix bugs
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only as necessary:
- Hospitals: Your booking details are visible to the hospital and doctor you book with
- Payment gateway partners: Payment processing and refunds (we do not store card, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials)
- Cloudinary: Document storage for hospital onboarding
- We do not sell your data to third parties
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Booking, payment reference, refund, and token verification history may be retained for audit, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of eligible personal data at any time.
5. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
6. Your Rights
You may: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of marketing. Email legal@arogyaq.com with requests.
